Welcome to Más Español con Lorena. These Terms & Conditions explain how my online Spanish lessons, bookings, payments and cancellations work.By booking and paying for a lesson, you agree to the terms below.

Services

I provide personalised online one-to-one Spanish lessons, including:

• General Spanish

• DELE Preparation

• Spanish A-level Preparation

Lessons are adapted to each student's level, goals, needs and interests and are delivered online via Google Meet.

First Spanish Session

New students can begin with a First Spanish Session.

• Duration: 30 minutes

• Price: €15

• Format: Online via Google Meet

This session gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, talk about your goals and previous experience with Spanish, and speak some Spanish together.

Before the session, you will be asked to complete a short Student Profile and Spanish Level Test. This information helps me understand your needs and prepare for our first meeting.

If you decide to continue afterwards, we'll discuss the lesson frequency and regular schedule that works best for both of us.

Regular Private Lessons

Regular private lessons are:

• 55 minutes

• €30 per lesson

After your First Spanish Session, we'll agree on a regular weekly schedule based on your learning goals and our mutual availability.

There are no lesson packs. Regular lessons are paid monthly, according to the number of lessons scheduled for that particular month.

As the number of scheduled lessons may vary from one month to another, the total monthly payment may also vary.

Booking & Payment

Your First Spanish Session must be paid in advance in order to confirm your booking.

Regular lessons are paid monthly in advance. The monthly amount is calculated according to the number of lessons scheduled for that month at the agreed rate of €30 per lesson.

Payment must be completed at least 72 hours before the first scheduled lesson .

For example, if four lessons are scheduled for a particular month, the monthly payment will be €120.

If payment has not been received before the first scheduled lesson of the month, lessons may be paused until payment is completed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

With at least 24 hours' notice, we can arrange another suitable time without losing the lesson, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will normally be considered a completed lesson and will not be refunded or deducted from a future monthly payment.

Missed Lessons

If you do not attend a scheduled lesson without cancelling in advance, the lesson will be considered completed.

If you are late, the lesson will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time, as another lesson or commitment may follow.

If I Need to Cancel a Lesson

If I need to cancel or reschedule one of your lessons, you will never lose the session.

We'll arrange another suitable time, or the lesson will be credited towards a future lesson or payment where appropriate.

Regular Schedule & Availability

Your regular lesson schedule will be agreed after your First Spanish Session and will depend on our mutual availability.

If your availability changes, please let me know as early as possible. I'll always do my best to find an alternative regular time, although a specific time slot cannot always be guaranteed.

Occasional changes to individual lessons are subject to availability.

Technical Requirements

Lessons take place online via Google Meet.

Students are responsible for having a suitable device, stable internet connection, microphone and, where possible, a camera.

If technical difficulties occur, we'll do our best to find a reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

Teaching Materials

Any original teaching materials provided as part of your lessons are intended for your personal educational use only.

They may not be sold, published, distributed or shared with others without prior permission.

Refunds & Consumer Rights

If you need to cancel your First Spanish Session or request a refund, please contact me as soon as possible.

Where applicable, refunds, cancellations and the provision of services are subject to the consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Changes to Lessons or Prices

Lesson prices or these Terms & Conditions may occasionally be updated.

Any changes affecting existing students will be communicated in advance and will not affect lessons that have already been paid for.
